Riawna Capri and Nikki Lee began their journey back in 2002 at Fred Segal Beauty in Santa Monica. From that moment they became the best of friends and it was the beginning of a partnership that would span long into their careers. Nikki and Riawna credit much of their success to having each other’s opinion and differing perspectives saying, “We couldn’t do what we do without each other.” They are most known for their flawless work doing Great Lengths Extensions on all of Hollywood’s A-list celebrities. Their most recent accomplishment is opening Nine Zero One Salon in September 2009. They wanted to create a space where the client experience is always the highest priority, saying “Customer service is number one to us. We take pride in making sure every client who walks into Nine Zero One feels comfortable; everyone is treated like an A-list celebrity.” With tons of support from clients and press, the salon is growing at rapid pace. Nikki and Riawna hold it as a high priority to keep the salon updated and the staff inspired. They consider those factors to be important in the daily functioning and success of the salon. Even though Nikki and Riawna have different ideas for the salon from time to time, they both share a common goal for Nine Zero One. The mission of Nine Zero One is to keep a creative, talented, caring staff to ensure an excellent salon service and experience for all clients. “Nine Zero One is our home away from home. We hope to make it yours too.”
